You were born with it!

There are new meditation programs at the "Centro Cultural de la Colonia del Valle" in Mexico City.

This week began Sahaja Yoga sessions in the medical school and school of psicology in the main university of Mexico City; Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico.
